Before use fruit juice filling production line, the reservoir should be cleaned with hot water, and then disinfected with steam. Material slurry from fixed in the cylinder head of the material pipe into the cylinder, or open the cylinder head poured in, the material should not be filled too full, in order to avoid material stirred by the mixer when splashing, resulting in unsanitary environment or loss. When heating, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the remaining refrigerant in the jacket must be discharged, then input materials, start the agitator, then open the steam valve, after reaching the required temperature, the steam valve should be closed first, after 2-3 minutes, then close the agitator.
Application and Operation of Fruit Juice Filling Production Line:
1. Cooling method: Close the steam valve, drain the remaining steam condensate jacket, and then open the cylinder bottom refrigerant valve, so that the refrigerant from the jacket through, reducing the temperature of materials in the cylinder.
2. Heat preservation: According to the required temperature, start the agitator, high-speed valve, and maintain the temperature (pay attention to the thermometer) in order to achieve the purpose of heat preservation.
3. Cleaning: After finishing the processing, drain the remaining condensate from the jacket in the cylinder, wash the sticky material with warm water as soon as possible, then clean the inner wall of the container with 40C-50C alkaline water, and rinse it with clean water. When using it next time, use hot water or steam (90C) or more, keep it sterilized for 2-3 minutes.
4. Maintenance: Always pay attention to the whole filling production line and the working condition of the reducer. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, the reducer should be supplemented immediately. The oil should be changed once every six months. When the equipment is not used, the jacket must be washed with warm water to avoid salt water corrosion, and the cylinder block should be scrubbed frequently to keep the appearance clean and the inner gallbladder bright so as to achieve the long-lasting purpose.
